Strategic Advisory Group
CG Partnership’s Strategic Advisory Group meets termly to monitor the organisational performance and strategic direction of CG Partnership.
The Strategic Advisory Group’s main objectives are to:
- comment and advise on strategic developments
- comment on key documents such as the Business Plan, Self-Assessment Report, Quality Improvement Plan and the Annual Report to the CIC Regulator
- bring specific areas of expertise to contribute to the group’s work
- help us to explore opportunities and challenges that arising through local or national change
- include representatives of the wider stakeholder community.
