Employability Officer (0.5)

We are seeking an Employability Tutor in Gainsborough/Market Rasen to work with job-seekers on our "Building Better Opportunities" programmes. We would hope that the successful candidate would also be interested in teaching on our "Developing a Positive Mindset" short courses which aim to build confidence and motivation towards progressing to further learning or work. Most of the learners on these programmes face barriers to learning/work and the aim is to support development rather than there being challenging progression targets.
